2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

3. Course Access and License

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased course content for the duration specified at checkout. You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, or publicly broadcast any materials without prior written consent from CMI.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided less than 20% of content has been completed. Cohort-based programs have separate refund policies stated at enrollment. All sales are final after the refund window.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior.
• No attempts to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
• No automated scraping, downloading, or redistribution of course materials.
• No sharing of login credentials with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, documents, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of CMI or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights. Any permitted use must include attribution when required.

7. Disclaimers

Our training and materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results depend on individual application and context.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your license to access content ends immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
